Beer Battered Broccoli




1 c. beer
1 c. flour
¼ c. chopped parsley
s and p
4 c. broccoli florets

Let batter rest 1 hour. Dip florets in batter and fry in 375º for about 2 min. until golden. Drain and serve with sour cream or blue cheese
