Summer Sunset Pasta

3 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 T. chopped frest basil
1 T. snipped fresh chives
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 lb. linguini or spaghetti noodles
Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except pasta and parm. Let stand at room temp for 1 hour before serving.

Cook pasta according to package directions. In a warm bowl, toss hot drained pasta and sauce and serve with parmesan cheese.
